I currently own a disaster recovery consulting business and am also a real estate agent. I have decided it is time to take my company in a different direction, which is real estate investing. Currently, there are quite a few income producing commercial properties I would like to acquire with the help of a partner, of course. If I am able to find large multi-family or retail deals and contribute upfront and ongoing "sweat equity", can you put up the cash while I put forth all the effort?
